If I wanted anything else other than my SB... I'd have bought it instead. No... a Fat Bob wont do. A WG wont do either. Dont want a soft tail, a tourer, a sporster or any other modelorbrand. And... if I missed any.. I wouldnt rather one of those either.

and YES I rather my SB over that one too... hahaha.

Now... There are a couple I'd like to have IN ADDITION TO my SB... but thats another story.

 

I wanted a SB the very first time I saw one and finally decided to purchase one (ol'ladys idea). I called around and got a great deal on one but when I went to the dealer to pick it up they had a problem getting it to the dealer as promised. But the dealer felt so bad about the problem that they made me some great offers and I ended up with new 07 WG in June of 07 for $16,100 OTD, couldn't pass it up. I love my WG but still drool over SB.

 

I bought what I wanted and no it wasn't a Wide Glide. After having it for awhile, I'd still choosea Street Bobover anything else.

 

only thing i liked about the wide glide was the 21 inch wheel

Nope - not old, just expensive. I like em' all - wish I had one of each. some I like more than others. the rear fender style is not my preference .....Imagine a Street Bob style fender on the Crossbones - now that would be a good lookin ride.

 

I'm hoping that, when I go, they can roll me into the earth on my WG.

I thought I had heard they were going to discontinue the WG for year 2008 but obviously I was given faulty info because it's still here. I wonder where it ranks in the sales? I surprised...I know some people love them but... I'd like them to bring back the Bad Boy for a couple of years (yea I know it's a softtail...)

 

I finally took the plunge into the world of riding, and guess what!!! the SB was the one for me!!!! I have been riding it for almost two weeks now and the bike is AWESOME!!!!! I wouldn't have had it any other way!!!!
