Except for the rake on the front end you can change a few parts on any Dyna and have the other models. Trade a front end, forward controls, and a new rear fender and BAM a WG, or vice versa. No one really keeps their bikes stock anyway, so it is more where you want to start from than where you want to end up.

I will freely admit to lusting after a WG version of what I have on my Bob (solo seat/apes/lowered rear/etc.). If I had the know-how/$$$, I'd throw a WG front end on my bike in a heartbeat. I really wish I had the rake/wheel.

I'm a WG guy myself but to each his own. I prefer the dyna models because I like the way the squat in a corner. The WG lets me stretch out and that's the most comfortable riding position for me.
It doesn't make much sense arguing over personal preference. Some guys like skinny chicks and some like fat chicks; I guess there's some correlation to riding position there too. Just ride your own and leave mine alone - the bike of course. We'll have to switch forums to discuss the other type of riding.

I'm a WG rider because I'm so big and like riding for comfortable lengths. I'd be dayum happy to have a street bob for commuting and short rides. It's every bit as stylish and endearing as my glide, just in a slightly different way. Some of these bobs around the forums are just rediculously sick also. Not as many "unique" glides.
