Default RE: Dyna needs new tires, Dunlop or Pirelli?

I have the 404 on my old Super glide. The 404 is the jap made dunlop. They are made for metrics, not approved for HD. However, for a cheap, Low milage tire I think they are good. I only put a few 1,000 miles a year on my FXE and I only paid about $50 or so for the backtire. If you ride two up at all get the 402-HD brand. (much better tire). Most touring bikes run the dunlops over the metzlers because the dulops tend to wear better and they have a more aggresive water channeling tred for running highways in the rain.
