Hello all,

Been a while since I posted, but still here reading every day. I have a 2007 Wide Glide. Im thinking of getting a new seat. I am looking at Mustang Seats, specifically, the Wide Vintage Super Touring Seat. Any opinions? I have seen people post that the Mustang seats are great, and have a friend who has one on his 98 Heritage Softail, but wanted the opinion from my Dyna brothers!!

Ihave the wide vintage touring seat, like it alot wife and I can ride on it all day.

 

Good choice!I bought my mustang vintage because after back surgery I could feel every bump in the road and could not ride over an hour at a time.The mustang made a dramatic difference!I was blaming the stock shocks and was going to replace them.Comfort is much better than the corben I had on my last bike.The only drawback is ,you will not want to quit riding and will put more miles on your bike.

 

Good choice. I could only do about two hours on the stock seat. I am good for all day on the mustang. Plus I like setting it up for solo riding.

 

60K on my Mustang on the Wide Glide.........Love it

I recommend the Low Rider seat. It fits on the FXDWG, is very comfortable, and you can even get the matching sissy bar pad if that's your thing.

 

I'v used the Mustang wide vintage touring seat on three bikes; wouldn't ride with anything else. Be sure to get the back rest. Expensive, but worth every penny on a long ride.

 

My buddy says to go with the mustang.

I have the Mustang Wide Solo on my 06 FXDB and my butt couldn't be happier. Well it could but I won't go there.
