I have a 06 Street Bob(not exactly the same model as yours, though), and I put on basically the same risers. Your cables and wires should be no problem. Your brake line may need a little tweaking(straightening). Just be very careful as you bend it. You may want to remove/re-locate the bracket that holds the line in place on you triple tree. It's not very difficult. You should be fine.

Installed the 4" pullbacks on my '06 SG with a sporty bar. I had enough of the stock cable to do it and only needed to bend the brake line. If you an going to keep the longhorns you may run out cable.

I installed 4 1/2" pullbacks on my 02 FXD. As stated above, just had to bend the brake line a bit. No problems with any of the cables.

I put them on my 04 Wide Glide. The cables where not a problem. Not even close to being a problem. They're very easy to install just be sure to cover the tank with thick blanket or something.
