So I installed 2 inch forward control extensions that I bought from JP for $89.

Before I pay another $138 to buy a Kuryakyn set from Biker Haven.net I would love to know if anyone would like to trade. I just want one more inch of stretch for my wide glide. I wish I had bought the 3 inch extensions in the first place but was worried that they would be too much.

How strong is that 2 in extension. I have seen some and thought they seemed weak.

 

I've had no problems at all. They are sturdy and have supported my pegs/brake and clutch pedals/heel rests for at least 2 years now. I see no signs of weakening. I can highly recommend these. I just want a little more room.

 

I have the 3" Kuryakyn and love them. I wish I could buy 6" so I could stretch out completely. I just bought the Kuryakyn forward control highway pegs mounts, that should do it, I just hope I can still turn ha ha.

I don't know how tall you are but I will make a post with pictures this weekend after I get them. I tried searching all over these forums and couldn't find too much about them.

I just put onkuryakyn 3" on my '07 street bob. They seem to flex a bit but over strong. The extra 3" is awesome thou. I am 6'5/285 so i put alot of pressure on them. I was amazed how easy it was to install them. The chrome is great!
