Default Finished my girls bike!*UPDATED NOW IM DONE*

well she got mad that i did so much work to my bike and wanted some done to hers... she had a stock virago 250... ya ya i know small but she is barely 100 lbs and only 5'3 and this is her first bike... I am stoked cause she LOVES to ride... woke me up at 9am ready to roll! to my suprise she wanted APES!!! so apes she got... well got the bars on after hell! the cables where to short so i had to do some serious rerouting, put longer brake line one, blead it all, put on some throw overs after i put 3m protective tape on the rear fender to protect the paint, new grips, mirrors, new LED turn sigs all around, custom made a ram air filer element, re geared the bike so she now has a ton of pull off the line... i also got another set of gearing so when we tour (and she does with it) i can toss those on for better highway speeds (takes about 1/2 hour to change not to bad... still have to put on her new headlight (off dyna lowrider), fog lights, and custom make her a dimond brake light... but it is pretty much done... unless she wants me to paint it, but i doubt it... bike has been lowered 2 in as well by using a set of shocks of a suzuki salage... looks great in person... she loves the bars, LOVES them... really opens up her riding position and makes it much better... plus with the baffels pulled out kind of looks like a mini st bob (my bike) she is happy that means i am happy. what you guys think? I know it is not a Harley but she is working up to it...

Looks great JOE, Probably the most bad-a$$ 250 virago's in the USA. I like the apes, totally makes the bike look far from a 250 virago. Can't say I have ever heard a 250 v-twin with baffles out, is it realloud?? Think maybe you need to powder her wheels black????

Looking good there.

there is something very satisfying about building bikes for your partners, this is her sporty that I seem to mess around with more than My dyna but then funny I never have any complaints when I buy stuff too work on her bike. She is 5'4" as well

oh and this was her old fatboy

I'm impressed with what you've done, and I know she has got to be as proud-as-a-peacock when you you two are on the road.
