I've got a set of Willie & Max bags that are throw-overs if I go on a longer ride. They aren't the same as the ones you listed, but very close, probably just the different look. Anyhow, they suck. At least the throwovers I have do. I didn't get to see them before I ordered them. I was pretty disappointed in the quality when I received them. If you got hard-mount bags, you would probably be a little more impressed with them though.
