I have the black denim and agree that it will be scratched for life and fade. The nice thing is dish soap and windex is all you need. I carry a pkg of windex wipes in my fork bag for gas spill or touch up. In over 2 years I still like the look. I dont like to wax and buff the clearcoat so this fits me fine.

I have had my pewter denim bob about a year and I love the fact that I don't have to do any waxing or finger prints dont show up.

I have to agree with most... I love my black denim paint. it is probably the easiest to keep clean, give a good wash and just wipe it down after each ride. The only think is it will fade in spots. ive had mine for al little over a year and i can see some areas fading already

I have a denim black fat bob and love the color wouldnt trade the color for anything but already have a couple of scratches. The scratches bothered me at first cause there is no fix but I realized that I bought the bike to ride and **** happens.

For those of you who have denim, isn't fading and scratching part of the "retro-look" you were going for?

I'm loving the denim black on my bob. I'm usually pretty serious about keeping my vehicles spotless, but for the bike, I decided I'd rather just ride the damn thing. I love a lot of the paintjobs I see on this site, but for my personal ride it had to be denim. Windex & a rag is all you need. Still gotta keep that chrome clean though!

If its not scratched it only means you dont ride enough. As long as its not dented I dont care. Its just the dammed spokes I hate to clean....
