I am too inseam challenged to get forward controls...I love my mids...I did add some highway pegs just to change of riding position from time to time.....but I have always preferred mid controls on a bike.

5'9' 30'inseam....180 pounds

I have mids... and I love'em... I prefer it and when I want to stretch my legs, I just let'em hang off the pegs... short legs!

definitely forward controls. i think the bike would be too cramped for anyone over 5'10. i'm 6'2 and i feel like i still could use a little extra room.

I even got the Lepera Barebones seat to push me back a little and have no problem still reaching the forward controls.
i need to check into getting a seat that moves me back another inch, maybe two. how comfortable is that seat?

Forwards, 5'11" 200. VERY comfortable riding position, mids just dont do it for me. After riding a street bob with mids on a buddies bike, just didnt like the knees in the chest feeling. Plus its prefect for long rides as you just strech out and bring on the horizon.

I am 5'9" and right about 210lbs..... I have mids on my street bob and wish I would have gone with the forwards new from the dealer. I have only had the bike a week or so, and plan to change them soon. Nothing feels better then having the legs spread out with that chopped look. I as well have a set of t-bars on my bike.
