a good seat w/ quality foam will feel harder than an HD. with some time in the saddle they feel better than the too soft HD's.
My LaPera fit great and is much more comfortable than stock.

 

To help with comfort and allow my wife to enjoy some time on the bike I had to add a 2 up. The Haulin' *** Sissy Bar makes her happy. She was always worried I would eject her leaving a stop light.

The fit and quality are great on my Barebones. I cant agree with anyone on the comfort level tho. I have a couple hundred mile on it and it still hurts after a 1/2 hour. I just did an 80 mile each way trip and my azz and tailbone were killing me. I'm 235lbs, maybe thats it. I think I'm going to get a Sundowner solo for those kind of trips and keep the BB just for short runs and to work and back. Looks great, butt ouch!!&nbsp\\;

 

Did some one just open them selfs up for the Candy *** of the year award. I'm 66 and riding on one and i don't have a problem.
&nbsp\\;you might want to try air hawk or gel pad.
&nbsp\\;And you have good roads in Maryland too.

Le Pera BB on my 06' Superglide. it is strange, but after only a thousand miles or so, it seems to feel more comfortable then when i first bought it. maybe my a$$ is getting tougher or used to it?

anyway, the seat is great. great quality, great look, and you can make it a few hundred miles a day on it.

still have the Sundowner for me and the girl though. think she would be happy with a lick and stick p-pad?

 

I've had a couple of LePera seats on previous bikes.&nbsp\\; Quality and fit was excellent and their service is great.&nbsp\\; They answer the phone and are very responsive and accomodating.

 

Love the Bare Bones, just don't have any new pics just yet.
