Happy so far with my BB! Surprised at the comfort given the thickness, or lack thereof. Fitment on the bike was perfect.

They make good seats. You could have one custom made too. Some guys don't charge that much to modify seats.

 

I love my Silhouette. If you have any questions regarding availability just call them up. It is a family run business and they are all great to deal with and happy to answer any questions you might have.

 

I have a BB when I am solo and a Daytona 2 up when the wife goes. Love them both! No complaints.

 

The local Indy said get the BB seat and then buy a Gel pack , on long trips use the gel pack. any body done this yet???

 

I e-mailed LePera last night on the availability of Pillions for their seats. The response:




[We have not discontinued any parts! Sometimes when a distributor stops listing something in their catalog they list it as discontinued.
We have pillions for the 07 Dynas, the lead time is just a little longer than the solo because we are still making them by hand. It is about 3 weeks for the pillion.

I love my bare bones. I have the optional pillion for the OL but the GF uses it more :-D
honestly I woulnd't call it superbly comfortable as the seat is so narrow that you can't unload any weight onto the backs of your thighs, it stays on your *** the whole trip. I also can say I have ridden from SF to LA with both the stock seat and now with this seat and the LePera is way better than my OE seat. But not nearly as nice as a Danny Gray or Mustang friggen couch! Oh, and I have the gel, which is a MUST for something this thin to be comfy. I love it. As an aside, anyone withe the gel left it parked in the sun for a while? Ouch, it can get pretty hot!

I love my LePera, I have two "Custom" seats from Harley. A Stripper seat and a Sidekick Custom seat. The quality is terrible. Fit is even worse. The LePera is amazing and I will probably buy a two up seat from them.
