I love mine. I rarely ride with the screen on because I like the wind in my face and I prefer a cleaner, more modern look for my bike. I install it for long highway rides, but renmove it when I get to my destination if there's riding to be done once I get there.

I have never had problems with the clamps as some have mentioned here. Since installing the Fat Bob twin head lights, I'm having the opening at the bottom widened on Friday.

I like that windshield Twofish it looks smooth which Memphis shades is it
ORIGINAL: twofish

I sold my HD quick release windshield I had on my 07 SB.
The mounting hardware made the windshield itself sit so far
out in front of me, it provided little wind protection and looked
odd to me.

I now have Memphis Shades that fits closer to me and provides
What I’m looking for in a shield.
Easy on and off, however I seldom ride without it
I hate bugs on my teeth.

I have the same shield Twofish does (in fact it was his bike that gave me the idea to get one). Very nice looking windshield and it seems to flow with the look of the bike a lot better than the HD ones.I don't use it most of the time but when I do it really works well.

Hi
Why not use the Frenched head light rim instead of changing h/lights.It will extend out past the w/shield and cut down on the glare.

I've got MoCo's visor style trim ring on mine (69735-05) which is only $35 and it seems to solve the reflection problem.

jbphoto....you and a couple of the other members alsosuggested going with a trim ring. I'm seriously thinking about now. It's a hell of alot cheaper than buying the HD Chrome Headlightand they look good!!!.....and if I can get away from the glarethatreflects off ofthe windshield, that's great!! Iwon't have spend much money to get the job done!!! Thanks

I guess this glare problem only happens on HD windshields? I don't have any problems with mine. Is it because the windshield is out farther than the headlight?

It's like pulling teeth to get someone to tell us what model that is! Seriously though, Memphis Shades seems to have quite a few that look similar. What exact model is that?
