Glad you are not injured worse....did they catch the guy? If they did than get a lawyer on it right away...because that ahole is at fault and you should be compensated for all lost work time and expenses.

update I will be off my feet for 6 weeks and i still have not been able to get out and look at the bike yet wife said my right forward control is gone completley and the tank has dents in both sides the bars are twisted as well ans the head light and both thorttle cables are broke thats all I know about it right now. I have a lawyer working on it right now but we cant really settle this until all my doc stuff is done. No he did not stop but they caught him down the road is what the police told me. I can only pray that I dont lose everything I have temp disiability from work but that dont pay much. I will post the things I need as soon as I can get out there and take a look at her and see how bad it really is. Thanks for all the support and yall keep the rubber side up

If the old man has insurance and they prove him wrong you should be covered and as was said b/4, contact your creditors and explain the situation.

Good luck, the Dutchman.[:-]

Glad you're alive to tell us about it.

I have stock headers and heat shields from my 07 bob. You're welcome to them if you need 'em.

Glad they caught the guy Ratt! If he is insured and they cited him.........you sholuld be OK. I would just repeat what Dutchamn said. Have your wife, if you can't, call your creditors and explain to them whats going on. They will work with you, after all in the end they want their money not your property. Having to come and take back your stuff is a pain in the ***. They will work with ya!
