Default Need opinions on the sissy bar?

i don't think this fits in the "For Sale" or the "Dyna" forums so I'll just stick it here to get the most people seeing it.

As some of you know there has been some interest in the sissybar I built I would like to get some opinions on what would be preferred when it comes to the material/finish. It has been mentioned some would like black powder coat and others like the shiny stuff (stainless). So, without asking to buy one what would you like better?

No black one created as of yet but here's the shiny stuff:

I voted black, 'cause I like black.
But if I decided to buy one, I'd most likely buy it raw and have itpowdered myself.
I do like the look of it, please keep me/us posted on the progress.
I think it would look really good, flying "Old Glory" on my PGR Missions....

I like the Black personally but I wouldn't mind doing that stuff myself.

Thre's an idea! Now to come up with a way to mount it.
BTW.. My hats off to all you Patriot Guard Riders. Thanks for not letting those anti-war protestors desecrate the burial of those who die for this great country.

Thanks for the compliment. I thought about doing it in chrome but that's alot of cashola around these parts. Besides, the s.s. won't chip, bubble, or peel.

I'm thinking the flag mount for a 'glide/bagger may work, but they may be for a round tube.
Or one for a regular(square)sissybar.
Thank You, Sir.
Just trying to give a little backfor those who gave so much.
Please keep me updated.

If there's a flag mount for a stock H-D sissybar (square) chances are it will fit this one also. I'll have to get down to the dealer and have a look around.

Shine always gets my vote....but I suppose finish would depend on what direction your'er going with your bike. Anyway you slice it that is one "Killer" sissy bar...!
