I’m in desperate need of some help, I am new to the forums so don’t beat me up to much. I have a 2000 super glide and just changed out the stock turn signals to after market LED’s. When I press the switch the lights come on but they don’t blink. I never checked to see if they worked correctly before I began the job with the stock lights. I’s there a flasher relay, if so where is it? or do I need a load resister?
So I need a load equalizer, how does that work do I need 4 one for each signal light and it connects to the + side going to the light or what. I hate electrical issues
iono i have led turn signals without load resistors and they blink. and have been for over a year now.are you sure you wired them to the correct wire? there should be three , ones the stock running light , ones the blinker and the third is ground.
Baxter, ya I made sure I had the wiring correct, a buddy here has a soft tail and installed led’s on his also and never had a problem either. I am thinking it may be the blinker relay but where in the hell is it on a 2000 Dyna Super Glide
