Well finally it is completed. You can run a 16" rim and spokes with the original hub on a street bob. I took it out for a short ride and it is just perfect. Again, if anyone is interested in this process, please let me know.

HDDave2, i got the floorboards from JPCycle. They are the ones in the upper right hand corner, the oval shakers. I got the idea from LoLife. They work great and the price is well worth it!
