Default A few new parts and a few new pics....

Hey guys I just got done installing a few new parts on my SB and I thought I would share. Tell me what you think...

[img=http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/6764/dsc01806xm4.th.jpg]

In this pic I installed a chrome coil cover, fuel elbow and a chrome trim piece on the electrical box from a Fat Bob. Oh and the emblems from a 59-60.

[img=http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/3332/dsc01807iy9.th.jpg]

And in this pic you can see the nostalgic air cleaner cover and chrome battery band.

The bike is coming along nicely I think but there are a few more things I need to get. Next I think is going to be progressive shocks and some chrome strut trim.

Thanks for looking and I welcome all opinions.

Yeah it just bolted on but I have the Arlen Ness Big Sucker intake, it won't fit the stock set-up.

Very nicely done--I like it a lot. The retro tank emblems work well with this bike. And the bike has the overall black I like, without looking like a rat bike.

I knew you would like 'em. I didn't know if they would as good on gloss black but I love them, I think they set off the whole bike. Also I was surprised on how cheap the stock emblems were, they are like paper thin aluminum. There was no salvaging them. Thanks again for the help.

Did you install Gasket Kit P/N 29591-99 before putting the air cleaner cover on? It fits right on the Arlen Ness gasket and prevents the cover from cracking where the bolt is. Ask me how I know this!
