Street Bob Cost ?

Street Bob Cost ?
Been looking for a Second Scoot for the Wife, and the Bob looks like a good option.
( Or Low Rider.... Or I get a WG, and give her the Convertible..hehe... )
HD Shop here has one on the floor in Gloss Black, all Stock, and it looks like it would fit her like a Glove !
What would be a Fair price for it ?
Just Curious......

RE: Street Bob Cost ?
Go with MSRP to start with which is in the $13,400 range for a Bob. One of the best deals going in the entire line up if you ask me. Just beat down the prep/delivery fee's and resist all the add-on's and your in the high 14k-low 15k (with alarm system) range range out the door.
In my area (Florida also), SOME (not all) of the dealers do not sell the Bob's at sticker because they are selling like hot cakes. Those that do not sell at sticker are trying to get $500 to $1000 above sticker but I'm sure that if push comes to shove, they would not drop a sale over a couple hundred bucks. Do some shopping and you can score one. Can't go wrong with any of them really.
Just an add on for any lurkers who are close to pulling the trigger on a new bike. I learned all of this the HARD way. Know all of the MSRP's of the bikes, the optional costs (i.e. profile rims are $275, alarm $275 etc). Some of these jokers are not forthcomming about their dealer prep and delivery fees. Bring a calculator to double check them and let them know you can do math just as good as they can!. Locally, I've seen MSRP shops charge any where from $600-$1250 for prep/freight. Other shops who might have a reasonably advertised prep/delivery fee might have their bikes stickered $500-$1000 above MSRP and have inflated or just outright wrong prices on the optional items. Call 'em out on all of these items or shop elsewhere. Hope this helps.

RE: Street Bob Cost ?
I hear ya Bro.....
Was asking cuz I remember when the Bob arrived at this shop.
Sticker was 13.4
Now, a month later,, they got 14.3 on it. ( And a bunch of grease finger prints around the Primary... : ) )
Obviously aint no one beating their door down on this bike, so I figure they worked on the tranny and are trying to re-coup some of that Mech. cost is all I can figure.
They have a Blk Denim, and a Gloss.... Both gathering Dust.
I think they sell more Baggers than anything else here.
Appreciate your thoughts............
