Dealers often do not have top notch people doing the routine service. Best advice was stated, either do it yourself or check their work.

I wouldn't tell the dealer, they may want to charge you for the extra 1/2qt. they put in there.

Seems to be a worldwide problem with the HD dealerships........ happened to me at my 1000 mile service. I have done all my service/ oil changes, since.

I am guessing he had the first service thrown in the deal.I had my first service free sposedly yeah lol.I know I pd for it in the shuffle.Far as not understanding why someone would pay for a oil change I cant either
