I unpacked the pipes yesterday and all is well! You did a good job making sure nothing was loose. I will put the pipes on as soon as I get the bike broken in. Thanks!

About your pegs ?: I have the extra large pedals. I wanted the large, but mistakenly purchased the extra large. I like them a lot. Plenty of room to move your feet about. I plan on keeping the extra large for the controls and will purchase the large for the remaining positions. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip on the pegs, I was thinking about the oversized but wanted to hear first hand that they didn't interfere with shifting, etc. I like the idea of a "mini-floorboard". :-))

Large (pair)

I have 9.5 shoe size and fit well for me. Way better than stock. I didn't know they came in over sized by the way.

 

i like them. big enough to be comfortable without being obtrusive. matching brake pedal too. haven't had long enough to comment on longevity of rubber

 

I went withthe large HD rider & passenger pegs when I installed forwards about 2 years ago. I like them and the rubber is holding up really well.

I modified my query and the "oversized" are not for my FXDC. I'm planning on ordering the large through Chicago HD. Did you use large on your passenger pegs as well?
