I rode a POS metric cruiser until a car made one of those classic left turns in front of me and NEARLY took me out. So like may others before me, I decided riding is just too dangerous so I sold it. Then a year later I had a heart attack and it occurred to me, why the hell was I being so cautious? To make it safely all the way to death??

So I bought my DYNA and now I feel like I'm back with the living for real.

60 years old, going on 23.

I was hit broadside in 1988(3 weeks in hospital broken foot, leg and hip)and the thought of giving up riding never crossed my mind. Had to figure out a way to tie my cane to the bike for a while.

 

You'll have to pry my cold dead fingers off the bars...
