when buying 06 S/E II slip ons be aware that this years slip ons have catalytic converters(make bike very quiet) ,05 and previous do not.
suggest s&s slip ons(which i have on my 06 bob) or SE II 05 ,check on harley site or adventure harley
I think the cats are for Calfornia models only.

Also, many some of us were able to get the SE II's thrown in through a dealer installed stage one at an attractive price. Why look a gift horse in the mouth?

uhhh, what?

2006 SEII dyna slip ons do NOT have cats. Dynas have the o2 sensers, but that does not affect the slip on at all(this includes California Dynas). Different frame means different mounting bracket and thats all. I beleive the SFs may have a Cat, but I know dynas do not. (at leastinthe US) HD slip ons you bought are just slash cuts or whatever, but have the same insides as stock. You need SEII. I am not sure the difference in SE and SE II. I havethe II's, with SE A/C, anf the ECM Cartridge D/L. Bike sounds Great, Runs Great.
