Yes. Your PCM is stock because it has not been flashed.

As long as you haven't had the Harley Stage 1 download, your ECMis "stock".

Used that link. It is vance and hines. I recently notice a couple of pops when rolling off the throttle. I found another site that I cant even post here ( this site just wont allow the link.) Google fuelpak mode 23 to find the site and the group that is heavy into decoding the settings

The fuelpak does NOT reprogram your ECM, it augments it downstream. So, unless you've had a post-stock download done by a dealer, your ECM is "stock" for fuelpak programming purposes.

I have a 2007 FXD with
Screamin' Eagle Air Cleaner Kit P/N 29440-99D
Stage 1 REMAP 34454-07B/DT
Vance & Hines Straightshots HS Slip-ons 16823 with Quiet Baffle 21869

I sent them an e-mail and they sent me this
FP-1690 settings is what they gave me for my bike with "QUIET BAFFLES"
