Fat Bob Squadron - owners check in!

I guess I'm the newest member of the Fat Bob Owners Association. Traded off my 2016 Road Glide Special a couple days ago and picked up this 2017 Fat Bob. Previous owner has made a couple mods. It has a Wide Glide rear fender and strut covers. I don't know the make of the headlight. It is a LED projector. Windshield is a Harley detachable so assuming it's a Wide Glide unit also. They added V&H slip ons but I hate the stock exhaust so that will be one of the first things to go. Has a detachable backrest. Overall I really like the bike. Feel Like I'm riding a overpowered minibke. Just need to make her my own.

Not sure if I’ve officially posted in the squad Thread.
I have a different solo seat now I believe from a low rider. It’s going out to Mean City Cycles to have the foam replaced for more comfort.
Also blacking out the fork tube with Gaiters on lower section and something I’ve not decided on for the upper part. Going to have my Indy mech do that and a brake system flush.
My favorite and I feel most transformative mods are the single headlight and WG rear fender

I was new to HD in 2020. A friend found this 2011 for me, cheap and needed a lot of TLC and $$$$
I have been reading and learning to fix my own issues. Since I got it, my FXDF started like my first car, 1972 Cutlass 350 Rocket with a flooded carbureted 2 bbl.
I saw a video where hard starting may be contributed to dirty battery connections from the battery to the starter and related grounds.
So, I traced the wires, unbolted them, brushed them clean, put some dielectric grease ..... it startled me when it fired right up. I tried it three more times. Fired up right away. I don't know how to act now.
I plan to do the same to the fuse box.
