Thinking of yanking the stock exhaust off and replacing it with something that sounds more like a Harley rather than a Vespa scooter. Any suggestions?

this is what i did. if you got skills. go with cycle shack inserts. very easy to do. then have a bike shop take out the cat converter. you will notice a big difference and allot less money..

I did the cycle shacks for the first 3 years but it just didn't do it for me. I upgraded to v&h big shot staggered. Isn't the cheapest route but well worth it.

Default 2014 FXDB Sand Camo

My first post on this forum and I've attached three pics of my Custom Fat Bob.

Can you spot the difference from stock?

I really like the tail markings. Won't even pretend I'm not a bit jealous. Mine's a bit naked at the moment. Got some parts send in to powder coating, installing the new side mount plate kit to clean up the rear, new footpegs, and a few other tidbits(looking at mirrors, gas caps, and levers).

I gotta say that living in the UK we are so lacking in after market parts and what we can get we pay a fortune for. I took a sneaky peak through your bike pics, I love the pipes and air cleaner. Keep me posted with your progress, looking awesome so far.

Some great bikes on this thread, very inspiring. I will try to take some pics of my FXDF tonight or tomorrow and add them to this fantastic thread, and maybe start a thread detailing some of the mods I have done.

Thanks for the kick-*** pics or your FXDFs.
