Sorry to hear about the off, a friend of mine has only recently recovered from a very bad ankle sprain after being rear ended at some lights.

Thanks, I am going to the doctor this after noon to check it out and will be out checking on the bike soon as I get half a chance. I know I bent the brake pedal where your foot rests but I should be able to bend back. Think I broke something on the exhaust shields I heard a tinging vibration when coasting. I'll be OK and on the mend.fixing the tank will give reason and chance to start blacking out the bike haha

 

I got a 11 Fat Bob, shes perty much stock right now. Im currently in the process of blacking her out, taking out a couple of pieces of chrome at a time when i got the time.

 

No I haven't had much of that problem. Now when I'm sitting at a light there is quite a bit of shake in the bars if my hands of off them but other than that they are good. I changed out from the rubber bushing to the poly so that made a big difference.

I just recently traded my Sportster with Fat Bob. Its only been 2 mths since I brought her home, but I have fall for her since the first ride. Im currently putting the big radius 2-1 chrome and SE breather kit, Ill post the pic as soon as its done.

anyway, has anyone put a mini or ape hanger on the FB? Would really like to see it on FB.

I originally checked in back in December when I got the bike (an '08), but I've been doing some updates. I included a couple before shots for comparison... Went with V&H Big Shot Staggered, SE Stage 1 intake, Mastertuner and a dyno tune, black denim paint with "custom" badges, several parts powder coated or replaced with black, highway pegs, and matching foot pegs all around. Just about got it how I want it. Only thing I'm thinking about now is progressive suspension on front & rear to lower about an inch and hopefully maintain or improve ride quality (any thoughts on that?). Also, a little luggage is a possiblity...
