thanks joe. i think chrome on your stockers would look good or fatty spokes. are you going with chrome or black on your bike? either scheme will go well with your tins.

No doubt, nice ride ya got there...hope you get the time to enjoy it! I'm heading down the black side of the road. I actually planned to pull my current rims and PC them black, figured it would give a nice offset to the rotors. Also toying with the idea of whitewalls, and after seeing your rims...wow, I think I know the direction I wanna go now. I def wanna go black on the new exhaust, trying to decide now 2 into 1 for performance, or 2 into 2 for looks and sound. not sure, but gotta lose some of my chrome. Just have a set of Rush slip ons right now, so looking forward to doing some more upgrades soon. I do have a distressed brown solo seat on it way, should be here Thursday, thought the brown might look good with my sunglo tins. Stay tuned!

These are great...thanks for posting. By the way, I grew up in Crofton (I assume you live in Annapoplis, MD).

Got the HD Detachable Weenie-shield for my FXDF. Didn't like it with my FF Shoei helmet as I was getting some really unpleasant buffeting. Tried it this morning with my Bell Custom 500 and it was much better. Shot this pic with the sun streaking over the bars/thru the shield.

I think I really prefer riding without a shield, but since I bought it I feel compelled to use it every now and then. At least now I know that it's fairly compatible with my other helmet.

CMC - you could try to move the shield up/down & see if that improves the buffeting. I like the look without the shield, but it sure is nice when its cold.
