12 Vivid Black Fat Bob here.....

 

Purchase a repo 2009 Fat Bob in Oct. 11 with 1620 miles so far I have already put a 1000 on it. Loving the bike.

Only mods I am thinking about is a sissy bar with rack (black) and maybe some fog lights. I ride it to work everyday so I am spending about 50% of my time riding in the dark.

I am looking foreward to reading about other owners issues and mods ideas about their Fat Bob`s.

 

Think i am finally done for now. Just finished having the bars installed.

Looks great, what bars and risers are those?

 

I thought I would update mine, Just installed 19 inch bars. And yes, I kinda like to front signal lights in this position.
The bars are just even with my shoulders, so far has been very comfortable even on long rides.

Had mine for 3 weeks and loving every minute..2008 FB with Mid controls. Started blacking parts out, so far Black Drag bars, blacked out the fork tops with Satin black vinyl, and today i painted the middle section of the battery cover in BMW Metallic black.....

 

I looked on here at almost every page to get ideas to make my Fatbob my own so I figured I would share a pic of mine for other people to get ideas too. I got the black Vance and Hines Big 2 into 2 pipe, screaming eagle stage 1 air cleaner with the new Willie G cover, dyno tuned for good measure, black rocker boxes really set her off. I also changed out the grips and black brake levers. Matched the footpegs, foot brake and shifter peg with the grips. My next move is to change the tail light with the tribar LED smoked out one.
