Comments on the new Cross bones ??

Obviously some design inspiration came from the Dyna family ... I think it's one of those "love it" or "hate it "bikes. IMO ..compared to the Rocker, THIS ROCKS, .. only problem is, where to take it from here in terms ofmods adds / colourschemes, the mod factor appears to be a bit limited ... cool bike anyway ...

Dyna?

Sorry to disagree, but I see nothing in common with the Dyna exept for maybe the mini apes like on the StreetBob.

The bobbed rear fender from the WideGlide is also shared with the Softail Standard / Custom.

98% Softail, 2% Dyna - IMHO.

I really like the CrossBones though and really DISLIKE the Rocker.

Not crazy about it. Can't say that I hate it though, it looks like it comes from the same family as the Nightster. I can see a little of the Fat Bob look in it if you go with the black denim paint job and like Farns said, a little of the Street Bob with the apes. Kinda reminds me of an Exile Cycle product with a bunch of extra stuff hung on it.

So far I like it but want to see it in person before I make up my mind.

It is a Harley Bad Boy with the 96" motor and a spring seat. That is all it is... Seems Harley would have done better to have introduced it as a Bad Boy CVO instead of calling it the Cross Bones.

Interesting, Harley following the custom move to Bobbers? For me it the rear fender spoils it.
