I think if the big radius is what you been wanting, then that is what you should get, I have heard nothing but good things about them. I am sure they would look great on your ride

i have a post out the titled (if you had 400 or 500$) it has a lot of recommended pipes.

the big radius was one of them however I might either go with the V&H long shot staggered or the python staggered.

There are a lot of opinions. I run the cycleshack slipons. I think the full pipes with the P3 that I have will boost power.

Have you looked at the Hooker Troublemakers? Cheaper than the BR, and a little different.
Trotter claims they sound better.

Cheers... Ben.

I guess it depends what you want; performance or looks?
One things for sure; everybody has "Vance and Hines".
Wouldn't ya say?
Be different, or be like everybody else..

I have the Vance and hines Big Radius pipes and love them. They sound pretty good with the baffles in, and just heard them recently without the baffles and D@MN those things are loud. The performance gain is pretty good as well. When you open that throttle up, it cranks! Very loud.

But...... if I could have done it over again, I think I would have tried out the black bassani pro street pipes, or chrome, whichever. I saw them at Moroso yesterday (cyclepalooza) and they looked damn good. Just wish I could have heard them though. But from what everyone says, supposedly they are loud.

Cheers,
Adrian

Not me, just my opinion but I think "big Radius" are ugly and so many people have them now they might as well be the stock pipes.Don't get me wrong I think my Thunderheader is butt ugly as well but that's not why I bought it.

The sound, quality and the style of the V&H is hard to beat, but the style is totally up to you. I have a friend with a Rhinehart pipe that looks sweet.

On a dyno the Big Radius will lose HP compared to the V&H and Python Staggered Duals. I have the Pythons with Big City Thunder baffles. They are loud and really growl. This would be my choice.

The Fugly Wide glide, sporting the ugly big rad pipes [&:].
Let me know what else you hate so I can add them to my shopping list .
How about the Corbin Hollywood solo? Got one of them coming. Butt ugly right? Please be butt ugly !

Cheers... Ben.
