Default Dyno testing

If I have a dyno run done on a 96" motor with V&H BSS, K&N 3909, and a PClll can I then copy that map and give it to someone else with the same setup will it be right on for them. Or are there enough suttle differences that each bike needs the dyno run.

It would be pretty close assuming there are no major altitude differences.
