Hmmmm, gremlin bell mount.
That's what I was thinking..not a bad idea.
Appears that is a 2nd and a 3rd on for my motion. LOL

Go back and read one of the last sentences I wrote - I had the same idea as well.

I pulled the bit out of the torx socket, you can then get a wrench on it and with a bbit of patience you can unscrew them.

course you could always get a dremel on them and grind the heads off then just use some grips to unscrew the stubs [sm=badbadbad.gif][sm=badbadbad.gif]

I might try that except I am using someone else's tool that I don't want to mess up. I think I just found a place to put a gremlin bell...

Good idea. However, I will never "want" to go back. But we never know when we'll "have" to go back...

If you send the tool back without doing the job will you find yourself thinking as you look at it "I had the tool why the heck didn't I take the damn bracket off"?
Regret suxs

Either that or I take the pipe off to access the bracket, F something up and think "why the H did I even F with it?"

If I end up having to buy the tool, it's not going to break the bank. It's like $24.
