Phog,

Just for conversation, I changed the values onmy fuelpak and I'm still getting the obnoxious pops on decel. I'm considering purchase of the Thundermax.

I wouldn't change anything on my fuelpak arbitrarily. The person that made that change did so after talking to tech support and the change was probably specific to their setup. If you are experiencing excessive popping with your setup, call tech support and discuss it and make changes using their guidance. Since they don't/won't tell us what each setting does, we're "flying in the dark" if we try making changes on our own.

Our bikes still pop because the FuelPak is worthless. I learned the hard way, you get what you pay for. I've been running the FuelPak for over a year and my bike still runs like crap, I've just learned to live with it until I can afford a better tuner(thundermax). I can't wait to pull that piece of crap out of my bike and smash it on the garage floor. I love the V&H pipes but , they can keep the FP.

Whatever...

Mine runs great now but I'm sure it varies from bike to bike since they are not tunable. Maybe I got lucky. And maybe things will change Monday when I change to Big Radius pipes.

Trotter loves to show that pic. Come on buddy, fess up, did you really throw it away when you could have sold it for at least a few bucks?

I'm hoping to have mine in pieces by spring, but it all depends on cash flow. I'll be sure to post pics., I don't think I could sleep at night selling it to someone, knowing it's a POS.

It may not be a POS to the next person. Maybe it works better with slipons than straight pipes. But, I can vouch from personal experience that it's fine at least in some cases because my bike is running great with it. I'll have no problem selling it if/when I find I need something else. Beats throwing 200 bucks in the trash...

They sent it to me for 63.00 so no loss to me, I get other products from them, so It'swasn't in my best interest to have sold it..
