Looks nice Chipstah! I'm really interested to see how you adjust the controls for Molly, LOL! I'll be back in New York from deployment in March, planning on running around the Northeast a little, maybe I'll look up your shop, would like to see the Bobstah!!

If they breed, can I get the pick of the litter?

Cheers... Ben.

sweet ... you won't go wrong borrowing ideas from Lolife ... my favourite parts are the springer front and the seat ... the rest is pretty sweet too !
Well, the idea for a 2nd bike had been rattling around in my head for a while, and as much as I LOVE lo's sporty, I'll likely not go the springer/rigid route for a number of reasons. Kinda smitten by mildly extended and raked mid/narrow glide front ends w/21' wheels, and slamming it down in the weeds. And I love the stock paint scheme so much (hey, shocked myself on that one 'cuz i know black is faster - guess red just looks faster!) that I'll keep it stock red for a while. So in the end, it'll mostly be parts swapping until I get REAL ambitious and that hasn't happened for a few years!!

Ha - Sure - why not?? Funny, Ben!

And MovedToSyracuse, the runt is yours

Never know though, might end up with a vibrating monsters!

But just maybe mud's photoshop idea of a few months ago w/the 96 cu in engine in a nightster would pop out! Now that'd be cool!

Way to go Chip! Did you pick her up at Monadnock?
Thanks guys -

No jake - found it at Manchester HD - and when I went back with the cash yesterday I ran into the owner while there - turns out he was a student of mine back in the 70's - god, I must be getting ancient, 'cuz he looked like, well, a whole lot older!

By the way....congrats on the new purchase. I have an '08 Ultra on order. Needed something a little more comfortable for the wife. Multi-bike syndrome is a disease best managed by good cash flow.

Nice job there Chip!! Let the fun (spending) begin
From an old student. That's cool.Small world, for sure. I can remember my Mom having grandkids of some of her former students before she retired. She taught kindergarten.
BTW, excellent, although expensive , way of getting your 1000 post

Glad for ya man!! Sounds like a good deal. Keep us posted on the mods.

Well, I gotta go buy some lottery tickets so maybe I can get a few more HDs.

How about some pics of Molly on her new ride??
