Street Bob fuel light
I was reading some older postings on low fuel light topic and was wondering if any Street Bob owners were having the same problem. I tried everything that you all suggested and I still get the low fuel light coming on after a half tank or so. I'm taking the bike in for the stage one kit as soon as the download issue is fixed and will take it up with the dealer then if I have to but thought/ hoped someone might have a new trick up their sleeve.

RE: Street Bob fuel light
I have not had that problem on my 06 wide glide, but, the down load for 06 is out. At least the dealershere in Cali have it. I had my stage one done about a month ago. SEII slip ons, SE highflow A/C, and the 06 factory D/L.
I have about a gallon of fuel in my tank when the low fuel light comes on. I beleive the WideGlide has a bigger tank than other Dynas...not sure but I think so.

If the dealer gives yoyu an excuse about the fuel light and you want to adjust the float arm to correct it, here's the specs to do it with... https://www.hdforums.com/m_66687/tm.htm

Had about a month before the stage one. Did it make a difference..YES. Sound and Performance. If you want that HD rumble, but nothing to loud...the SEII slip ons are great. The V&H pips are louder. My bike runs great.

RE: Street Bob fuel light
That's good to know about the stage one kit. I've got my eye on a set of VH pipes but am going to wait until I hear the SE slip ons before I spent the $600.00. On the fuel light topic I look for fuel around 140/150 mi. A friend that I ride with says I'm good for around 200 mi but don't feel like pushing it, bike's too damn heavy to push.
