RE: Must get rid of the football on my 07 Bob!!!
I'm looking for another cover to change the look of the bike once in a while. Want to do something a little different than the "norm." Liked Shop Troll's saucepan bottom, but now, that's been done. Concept would make for an interesting thread.

I have the Harley Screaming Eagle forward facing air cleaner. Looks great........not a bad price (a little cheaper) compaired to after market air cleaners of the same design. You can see it in my post about my digital speedo/tach. Click on the picture. Incidentally, this air cleaner has internal vents rather then the external tubing that some have. It is well made, heavy duty and the finish is perfect. And it uses a KN element. My only advice is to make sure you purchase the optional "rain sock" ($20.00). I got caught in a thunderstorm and the air cleaner got so wet the scoot wouldn't run (lack of air). The rain sock solves that problem.

Then there is always this option if you can fabricate yourself. I obtained the open look of the air filter with a cover for the rain to help guard it. LOL!

looks like a KandN.
Do you have a specific part number to give me??
Also, if you don't mind,
what did you do with the crankcase venting??
Where's it going??
To the atmosphere, or back through the motor??
You obviously went to a lot of effort to put this together.
Is the parrot food bowl doubling as the backing plate??
Thanx for any insight
I'm curious.
