I have a flat black one like that and it is a very good helmet. It's very comfortable. I think I paid $130 new.

MSRP is $130. For the little bit of difference I'd prefer to buy a brand new helmet from a local dealer where I could try it on for proper fit rather than trust an eBay listing. The seller may be totally honest and upright but why take the chance.
