Velocity stacks are cool. Who makes that and does it have a filter in it?

these air cleaner ideas look great but what happens when it rains??

I like the exposed tapered air cleaner look where you can see the element but the rainy weather reeks havoc while riding with one so I redesigned mine. The whole thing is my own design.

I had a look but they only seem to list a 5 1/2 inch and I want to keep it at about 7 1/2 .
