I guess about 1k miles in a weekend with the girlfriend. Took the bike as you see it. No bags, just a backpack for all of our ****. ... I mean her ****.

Lots of stops for her to rest. Hard on her ***.

I was about to say that you shouldn't be too hard on her for needing extra stops after riding on that fender.

 

Took off one Saturday morning to go for a ride from western Ks and ended up in Topeka. Had lunch and headed home. Ride was 2 up and had a great time . Was only about 450 miles that day.Only problem was ride was too short, so Sunday went West to Colorado Springs and back, solo this time and still no problems.

 

Rode a '05 Superglide 1400 miles in 36 hours from Western Oregon to Hill City SD via Yellowstone, Devils Tower, Deadwood and Sturgis.
Fun trip! No complaints. Other then it was hot hot hot (August) .. Did the same on the way home ...

 

Did about 1K miles on a long weekend with friends, camping in VA/WV.
Best day ride was around 700 miles just kicking around the mountains. Never intend on doing that many miles in a day, but I tend to forget if you go 300+ miles one way, it's going to be about 300+ miles to get back home.

I hope to go from east coast-west coast and back in the next few years, just gotta have the time and money at the same time.

4166 miles in 9 days. Louisiana to Dragons Tail, Blueridge Pkwy, D.C. Coast of Maine, Niagra Falls ,Canada, and Home. No comfort problems going but last day on the way home was a bear. Every 50 miles, guess the butt took allit could.

 

I did a ride across Kansas, Southern Wyoming then up through the Tetons, Yellowstone and then took a day off in Cody Wyoming. Headed back east through Big Horn, the Black Hills, and cut down through the Badlands. Then I dropped through Nebraska, (Yes, they do have a national forest), across northern Kansas and droppped south to home in Topeka. 2600 miles in 6 1/2 days counting the day off in Cody. The second day was the toughest with heavy heavy cross winds on I-80 heading west.

 

Michigan to Vegas about 4000 mi with stops on the way, stopped at the dealer (there) for an oil change...that place is huge !!
