so is this just for the sake of having a better looking cover? or can you modify the air cleaner easily also? or does it take some sort of high flow kit or anything?

 

Since the AN Big Sucker doesn't come standard with a cover, it's mostly about making an inexpensive cover. I had this on mine for a while till I machined my own from scratch to match my wheels.
This mod won't work on the stock AC filter since it is not round, so you do need to swap the AC unit.

 

i made a cover like that for my SB i went at it a little diff but with the same clean look. mudd you do some nice work man im still using the bullet key i made from one of your post about key ideas

 

Mud, why won't the teardrop cover work? I just took the teardrop cover off my bike and am ready to cut on her...
