That looksSO sweet Mud! I've been wishing I had the tools and skill to do that to my football. It looksSO much better than my MoCo Flames cover.

Ya think so? The flame cover is nice.
Do you have chrome rocker boxes or are they just polished up? Looks sharp!

What? You bailing on me now because I'm going to copy your flames cover? I really like what WS6 started and wouldn't mind having mine done at some point as well. But I think the flames cover is cool as well. Can't beat it for $25 anyway.

I'vedug WS6's cover since the first time I saw it, but I don't really want to run an open filter. I want to get a plain round cover and attach the "keeper" part to it. Has anybodytried that?

The problem with that is you are cutting off some airflow with the cover. Probably won't hurt it much but you aren't getting the full potential out of the a/c. If you don't want to run an open filter, don't buy one that is designed to be run open - right?

Nope, not bailing. It's not that I don't like the Flames cover. I would just like to have the cut out from my 07 Bob for a second cover to alternate back and forth. I like footballs, but not on my bike. Hope you get your stuff pretty soon. Thanksgiving is delaying my Rinehart slip-ons. Pulled my CS's off yesterday and can't ride anyway due to the sloppy snow.
