Very nice looking. I love the round covers with the trim rings.

Mud,

That looksSO sweet Mud! I've been wishing I had the tools and skill to do that to my football. It looksSO much better than my MoCo Flames cover.

Good post mud. I bought an angle grinder the other day (for no good reason)--
wait why would I need a reason other than the fact that I don't have one.
Anyway I guess now I have a good reason.

The bike looks sharp. Have a good thanksgiving guys
All right dog.
Gonna wanna see some pix as soon as you're done with yours.

above, I said I cleaned the edge up with sander.

Shoulda said 4" Milwaukee angle grinder
with sanding disc attached.

mp, I'm sure there would be some.

I've been running mine open for two years,
but only a few times with rain. no problems.

A little water sucking in ain't gonna hurt anything.
I wouldn't wanna flood it in.

I think KandN offers a rain sock for this filter.
Anyone know for sure??

LO The mudsickle is wearing the shiny black HD tins at this time.

As soon as I can find some spare time,
I'm gonna squirt some paint on the hammered tins.

I'm gonna be doing an 07 StreetBob cover as soon as the mailman brings it.
Maybe today. Probably get here after TurkeyDay.

I'll post a picture as soon as that one is done.

I'm supposed to be getting mine today - finally. I'm a little concerned about water but not very much since I avoid the rain when at all possible anyway. Someone in another thread said they use shower caps with elastic around them to cover their big sucker when they wash the bike. There are a lot of open a/c's out there. To be sure, if rain were a real issue, it would be known by now.
