Damn Mud, you beat me to it. My Ooga is still sitting here on my desk looking at me. Just waiting to be put on my A/C. Guess you might as well save me the trouble and put up a how to.

Hey Mud, fantastic work you do. I am very interested in getting this done but have a couple questions. Do you know if the Mud WS6 on an '08 Bob will fit on an Arlen Ness Big Sucker 2? Also, since I live in New Braunfels do you think it would be possible for me to drop off and pick up my cover? Depending on how long it takes you and when you'd be able to do it I'd love to watch you work or even help out with mine. It's gonna be a few weeks till I'm ready to pull the trigger, I'll keep you posted.

RIDA, That one I sent to you is for you to run some trials,
originally you had said for a key.

I'll send you a better one when you get ready.

First I had thought that I would casta bolt intothe booga,

but, thinking it over I decided on a stud into the AC,
with a washer and nut to fasten the cover.

Then screw the threaded BooGa onto the stud.
Worx good.

I'm gonna document the operation at HOW TO
a little later this evening.

Bish, off the top of my head,
the answer to all the questions is yes.

It takes about an hour, and we can do it whenever you get ready.

That'll save me a trip to the Post Office.

Last one I took over there, my glasses bounced out of my pocket.
When I found them on the way back,
they were smashed flatter than a four hundred dollar bill.
Gadamn they're proud of them presripts these daze.
Same prescription 2 years ago was only 250.

Just give me a call ahead of time,
so I can hide the bodies.

edited to add -
WS6 has informed me that the BigSucker Two is quite a bit different,
and I was not aware of this.
May work may not. I need to look into that more.

I deceided against making a key only because the Ooga is quite bigger thanI thought it would be.
I want to mount it on my bike somewhere so I thought the A/C cover bolt would work best. Now that I've seen yours thats what I'm gonna do.

Aw, man, she's looking real good, mud. You just keep getting better and better!! And once I get the Dougherty Machine intake to go behind it, she'll be a real stand-out!! Thank You, Sir. And a big Thank You goes to Clutch 66, for without him I couldn't of done it. E-mail sent, mud. Cold cervezas on demand, and I'm buying. Seeing as that orange tree has probably already given up it's "booty" for the year. If not, the Vodka is on me....

Ah hell, I didn't mean to put Big Sucker 2, not sure why I did. I'll be using the stage 1 Big Sucker. My concern is over the shape of the stock cover on the '08's. It's not football shaped anymore, it's more of a nautilus shape. So I'm curious how "round" it will be once it's cut out since it isn't symetrical.

Looks real good Randy.

Glad you like it, and thanx for the pix.

Only one I know of rollin in Pennsylvania.

But, please allow me to resize your images.
They look just as good,
and display better at 800 wide maximum.

If you go back and edit your posting,
the images won't stretch out the window
on everyone's monitor.
