Too bad, sold mine on here to a guy that was gonna try and chop them and do some fab work and make something out of them. I think they charged me $28.95 for the kit - I sold them for $25 including shipping.

I've had pretty good luck selling stuff in the classifieds here without even messing with ebay. Monday, I bought my new mufflers for $130. Yesterday, I sold my takeoff SEII's on here for $150. Now that ain't a bad deal huh? Paid for half of my new seat even.

How comfortable is your Brawler? I just rode for about 45minutes and couldn't have stood more than 10 or 15 more minutes on that bob seat before I would have needed a stretch. I like the look though - it's serving its purpose.

I saw the swing away license plate frame on the Nightser. I think it would like nice on your bike or on a Bob.
Not sure if I've ever seen the swing away...got a pic or link?

I forgot - did you install the headlight yourself? Just curious how big a job that is. Seems like it should be no big deal but I could be wrong...
No, had HD do it while it went in for it's 1K service a couple months ago. Glad I went with the 5.75"...I think the 4.5" would have looked to small & showed too much space around the headlight area.

Can you guys tell me the part# of the Kury's you are using?
Here's the page link...they're the 49mm clamps (for an '07 FXDC). You'll also need different sized bolts & lock nuts too. Can't remember the size of the bolts & nuts right now that I used...maybe someone else can chime in on that or I'll just get this info to you when I get home & check the receipt.

Here you go Ian: http://www.harley-davidson.com/wcm/C...p;swffamily=sp

You'll have to pull up he Sportster line and do the "walk around".

(for the record, I too save all my receipts; I turn them into my insurance company because they insure me to full cost, not just value)

LOL! Open the link, click on the XL1200N, then click on "walk around & 360o", then on the bottom of the screen click on "rear".

The Kury will probably fit. Mine was listed up to 05 too I think, but it worked.

Ok, I'm sure I'm going to be the minority here but I actually like the stock location of the front turn signals. With the mini apes on my Street Bob, they have a distinctive look to them, and my riding buddies have confirmed that they can pick me out of a group of bikes at night because of the stock setup. Am I alone here in liking the stock setup?
