from my experiance if your buying a cheap tire chances are they are not round if you buy a good tire chances are they are round i also have never balanced my bike tires.and i took the weights off of my 08 superglide and its smooth as silk. Now for the guy with the vibration at 70,jack up your bike amd spin the tire by hand watch the bead area to see if it looks like the beads poped on all the way to the rim if not deflate it soap it up and reseat the beads making sure the bead are all the way up. My opinion on the beads are i feel that centrifacal forces make the beads stick in one spot while traveling and are creating an imbalance i seen it many tires with tuner cars we break the tires down vacume the beads out and vibration is gone. Have you ever driven a car with stop leak in one tire? Oh my good get out the poly grip!!!! Hope this helps you out. Let me add that i have been doing tires on wheel barrels to tractor trailer for over 30 years and the only bike that i ever had a vibration on i put a $40.00 cheng shin tire on and you could see it hop when you spun it on the bike YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
