Front fender hairline crack

Front fender hairline crack
I have the dreaded crack on my front fender that extends 1/2" from the right aft rivit that attaches the fender to the bracket that is identical to those shown on previous posts.[sm=headbang.gif] My bike is out of warranty by 1 month and has 8100 miles. So, what are my options? 1) Get a used fender? 2) Repair it with on the underside with metal epoxy? 3) See if H-D will replace it out of warrenty?[sm=icon_rofl.gif]

I bonded the bracket and the fender with metal epoxy andlined the underside of the fender with epoxy after sanding it and it appears to have strengthened the fender. It is not noticible on the bike. Later I may get another fender with a fuller profile.
