I bought my wide glide parts for the front end of my 07 SB, they're currently at the powdercoater along with the lower legs. So with a little time on my hands i've come up with the following "dilema" (life sucks when this is all I got to worry about). Do I;

1) Buy the WG factory 2.15" rim, break it down get the rim and hub powdercoated then rebuild using stainless spokes with a 90/90 front tire reusing OEM fender or;

2) Talked with Black Bikes in CA about their Street Bob (or whatever Dyna) front wheel conversion where they build a wheel on a hub spaced out properly for a 06+ Dyna with Wide Glide trees (no need to shim the caliper .090 because the hub compensates) with a 3.5" rim and a 120/70 tire. OEM fender wont work because tire is about 1" wider than SB OEM 100mm. Looked up number for 08 Fat Bob fender ($203) would fit perfect in WG trees and 120 front is only about 3/8" narrower than OEM Fat Bob 130 front.

3) Have Black Bikes build me a 2.15" already powdercoated and just throw it on.

I really like the look of the narrow front but think a 120 would probably look pretty cool too. I guess there was an article in American Cycle back in September but I cant find an issue to look at pics. Anyone got one?
