Bag for Motherwell luggage rack

RE: Bag for Motherwell luggage rack
As I mentioned before, this is a Motherwell Rack (came from them powdercoated matte black) along with a Medium sized Bikers Friend roll bag.
I am using the bungie cords that came with the bag to secure the front - in the photo you can see the hooking around the top of the shocks. I did do a little home fabricating for the bag though. What you see attached to the rack are actually two flag pole mounts which I use to fly flags when I ride with the Patriot Guard. For times when that is not the case however, I went to Lowe's and got some metal rod the same diameter, cut it off at the height you see in the photos and painted it matte black. Just FYI - the actual flag pole mounts and poles that came with them were chrome which I had a local powdercoater strip and redo in matte black to match the rack).
The bag works great and isn't too bulky - although there are several larger sizes than this one. It hold my 15" MacBook Pro for when I need to take it to meetings, but more importantly, it holds A LOT of beer. Oh yeah, plus tools and clothes and all that other crap.
These photos are old but the only ones I have of the bag on the bike...
