Latest Shoptroll Project
Ok, so when I put the fork bag on my Streetbob I realized that it blocks some of the headlight. So in the first pic you can see the 1/2" spacer block that I added to the stockmounting block. That still wasn't good enough to properly aim the headlight so I made a new mounting block that moves the headlight up 1 1/2" and out 3/4" from the stock position. I used 1" aluminum round stock with a 15 degree mitre on the base. The top is milled down to 3/4" flats to fit between the light brackets. The second pic is the finished product.

I mounted my soft fork bag above the light on the handle bar.

Does that effect the headlight aim? I just re-aimed the headlight to where I wanted it.
